In case you’re not familiar, Now is a real-time social app that makes it fun and easy to find out where your friends are, what song they are listening to on Spotify, and what they are doing. We will making Now as a door which you can go and meet up with friends at anytime from anywhere. Want to know if your friend can hang out from now? Want to know if your friend are busy now when you call him or her? We’ve got you covered!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") summarize the rules that govern your use of Now and any other TrashX Inc. product or service to which these Terms apply (collectively, the "Services"). TrashX Inc. is the developer and operator of Now.
